With a vast amount of international work committed for 2024 and the coming years, we are looking for additional experienced and talented ROV professionals for an immediate start, at all levels to deliver a broad range of projects using our increased portfolio of ROV systems and vessels globally.

 

What you can expect working at ROVOP

 

Working with ‘Blue Chip Tier 1’ vessel owners, you will be working on high-end DSV’s. CSV’s, MSV’s, FSV’s, Node Deployment and Cable lay vessels, on a regular rotational basis (typically 6/6).

What we expect from you

 

Successful candidates will have previous demonstrable experience using Schilling HD and/or UHD systems, along with valid IMCA member competence certification, BOSIET/FOET, CAEBS and OEUK Medical or equivalent. Ideally you will have previous experience in construction, diving operations and/or IRM.

 

Key duties of an ROV Supervisor, include but are not limited to: -

 

  • Ensuring the ROV is correctly maintained, correctly equipped and ready to dive when client requires.
  • Coordination of maintenance activities so as not to interfere with client’s critical path activities.
  • System inventory upkeep and submission
  • Completion and submission of technical report at the end of each trip relating to all aspects of the project and technical repairs carried out.
  • Effective communication with team members and onshore management
  • Responsible for the safety of themselves and others around them
  • Adherence to all ROVOP policies and procedures
  • Undertake training requirements to obtain/maintain competent ROV Supervisor status.
